Out Process

The first consultation 
Your first consultation is complimentary, we aim to gain an idea of your vision and discuss with you what you would like to achieve such as a Hamptons or modern country/coastal design. We can help to formulate a budget to work within and we will be able to gather information about what permits will be required for your project. 

The second consultation
We will provide you with a design and development agreement, this will outline all the costs involved in the pre building stage from architectural plans, engineering, soil testing, bush fire management and energy reports and any other specialist services such as landscape design and/or interior design that you may wish to use. 

Stage 3 : Contract preparation
From the plans that have been provided, we are able to formulate a contract price. We will begin to prepare your contract, all the plans are confirmed and town planning permits (if required) are obtained, we will forward you a building contract for your review. 

Stage 4: The build
Once contracts are signed, we will book start dates and we will commence the start of your project. Sight meetings and communications will be ongoing until the completion of the project. 

Stage 5: the handover
Once the project is complete, we will walk through the project with you, ensuring the project is complete to our high-end quality control standards. All final certificates will be issued at this stage. Rest assured, our commitment to our clients does not end at this stage, we are always available for further renovations, consultations and enquires.
